Beach Therapy

You know when you’re just having one of those days that just drags on and on and everything just seems to go wrong? Don’t worry, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel! Even though we are in snowy New England (don’t let the fool you into thinking we are in sunny Florida), the days are getting longer and the hint of Spring sunshine is coming out slowly. When I get stressed out, I think about a deserted beach with nice glistening sand and the bluest water you can ever imagine. I close my eyes and hear the waves crashing and breathe in the salty air as the sun hits my face. I can almost feel it now. Soaking up sunshine is one of the best type of therapies in my opinion!
